First Reconciliation & Communion Retreat
📅 Date: Saturday, February 6, 2027
⏰ Time: 9:00 AM (English)
📍 Location: Children go to the Education Building, Parent goes to the PLC.
🔹 Important: At least one parent must attend with their First Communicant. Children will be receiving their Sacrament of First Reconciliation at this retreat.
First Communion Rehearsal
📅 Date: Friday, May 7, 2027
⏰ Time: 7:00 – 8:00 PM (English)
📍 Location: PLC

First Communion Masses
📅 English Mass: Saturday, May 8, 2027, at 11:00 AM
📅 Spanish Mass: Sunday, May 9, 2027, at 2:00 PM
Dress Code
Girls:
✅ White dress
✅ Veil (optional)
✅ Dress shoes (no tennis shoes)
✅ Gloves: Allowed for pictures but not during Mass
Boys:
✅ White collared shirt
✅ Black tie
✅ Dark dress pants (no jeans or sweatpants)
✅ Dress shoes (no tennis shoes)
✅ Jacket (optional)
✅ White suit (acceptable if it is part of your tradition)
🔹 Reminder: Please have children leave gifts (such as Bibles, rosaries, or gloves) with parents during Mass.
Photography & Video
📸 Please do not take pictures or videos during Mass.
📸 A group picture will be taken.
Additional Information
🟠 Who Receives First Reconciliation & First Communion?
These sacraments are typically received in 2nd grade.
🟠 For Older Students (3rd grade and up)
If your child has not yet received First Reconciliation and/or First Communion, they will enroll in our OCIC (Order of Christian Initiation for Children) classes to prepare for their sacraments. (See OCIC for details.)
