Adult Studies
A few no-cost programs are offered at different nights of the week to fit your schedule. The common thread in each of these classes is the weekly reading for the next Sunday's Liturgy. Perfect attendance is not expected! These are done on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in our meeting rooms in the Activity Center.

Tuesday Nights
Tuesday Night Liturgy Study of Sunday Readings
Meets the 2nd, 4th, and 5th Tuesday of the month from 6:45 - 8:00 PM

We review and study much more. Over a year's period, subjects from the Catechism including the 10 commandments, Capital Sins, seven sacraments, the Precepts of the Church, Cardinal Virtues, Fruits of the Spirit, The Lord’s Prayer, The Virgin Mary, and many other topics, as well as looking at the weekly readings for the next Sunday. The study has between 10 and 15 questions for the 3 readings on the next Sunday. We have answers to the weekly questions. In a year, there are seven periods for studies - Advent, Christmas, Epiphany, Lent, Easter, Ordinary Time Summer and Ordinary Time Fall.

Women's Gospel Encounter Group
Meets the 1stand 3rd Tuesday of the month, from 6:45-8:00 PM
in the Activity Center (room 201)
Led by Colleen Lang
A group for women, ages 18 and older, where the focus is on encountering the Triune God and responding to the prompting of the Holy Spirit through the prayerful reading of scripture. We meet to read, reflect, and share our authentic encounter with Jesus using the upcoming Sunday Gospel reading.

Come join faith-filled parishioners each Thursday. Pray for special intentions, share moments of faith experiences, and read and discuss the Scripture readings for the following weekend Masses. This is a wonderful way to increase your knowledge and understanding of Holy Scripture, to get more out of Sunday Mass, and to get to know some of your fellow parishioners better.
