What is OCIC?

The Order of Christian Initiation for Children (OCIC) is a specialized program designed to help older students catch up on their sacraments in a fun, engaging, and meaningful way.

📌 OCIC classes now replace regular Faith Formation classes—they are no longer in addition to them.

📌 OCIC classes are only available in the fall (no summer sessions)

📍 We offer three OCIC classes:
🔹 Grades 3-5
🔹 Grades 6-8
🔹 High School

OCIC is for students who:
✅ Have not been baptized (click here for more info on baptism) OR
✅ Have been baptized but have not received First Reconciliation or First Holy Communion OR
✅ Are in the 9th grade or older and have not received Confirmation.

To register for an OCIC class, simply register for Fall Faith Formation.
