Description: Enjoy moving to music in a fun and welcoming environment with Pat Finney. A lifelong Catholic and longtime Augusta resident, Pat has enjoyed dance since childhood and brings a wealth of experience and a love of movement to her class. Dance to Stay Fit combines simple dance-inspired movements with upbeat music to help participants stay active while having fun. Whether you're looking for light exercise, social connection, or simply an enjoyable evening out, this class offers a comfortable and encouraging way to keep moving.
